DAP Alex Plus is a premium, all-purpose acrylic latex caulk formulated with silicone additives for improved flexibility, adhesion and durability. It creates a waterproof seal around gaps, joints and cracks on many common construction surfaces.
The smooth, non-sag formula is easy to apply and tool. It can be painted with latex or oil-based paint after approximately 30 minutes. Its low-odour, water-based formulation allows wet material to be cleaned easily with soap and water. Once cured, the seal resists cracking, mould and mildew. The product meets ASTM C834 requirements and carries a limited 40-year manufacturer warranty. DAP official product information
