Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation prior to the dispatch of the purchased products. If the cancellation request is submitted and approved before the order is shipped, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days of the cancellation approval. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return or replacement as per the return and refund conditions.

Exceptions include custom-made, specially commissioned, or personalized goods, which cannot be canceled once production has started. The company reserves the right to deduct transaction or processing fees, if incurred. To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact customer support with their order number and details as soon as possible.
